On successful validation of "Dashboard Author", you will reach the Intelliview NXT Home page.
The Home page consists of three major components:
Menu Console
Menu Pane
Display Pane
The Menu Console consists of Reports tab; Report Permissions tab and Scheduler tab. Dashboard Authors can create, edit, save and view dashboard reports as well as can rename and delete the dashboard and widget layouts. Dashboard
Authors can also schedule the dashboard reports.
The Reports tab includes the following options:
Menu Pane consists of folders:
Folders organize your reports effectively by storing the related reports. Authors have permission to create, rename and delete the reports and folders in this section.
Note:
Show/Hide Menu Pane can be optionally hidden from the view. If you want to hide the Manu Pane, click Hide 
. To Open the Pane again, click Show
