Yearly Schedule

The Yearly schedule pattern schedules the batch yearly on the defined time.

To schedule the batch yearly:

1. In the Add Schedule screen, select Yearly from the Schedule Pattern section.

2. Yearly

   • Select the month and day in which the schedule should be generated. For example, you can select "Every March 1" (or) The First Sunday of January.

3. Schedule Frequency

1. • Select a Start Date using the Calendar icon .

   • No end date - Select this option if the schedule is planned for indefinitely. However you may modify the frequency later.

   • End after - Select this option if the schedule is planned for definite number of occurrences only. Enter the number of occurrences for the schedule.

   • End Date - Select this option to define an end date for the schedule. Click the Calendar icon to select the date.

4. Schedule Time

5. Occurs At - Select this option to define the time to generate the schedule.

6. Click Next to select reports for batch schedule.
