Weekly Schedule

The Weekly schedule pattern schedules the batch weekly on the defined time.

To schedule the batch weekly:

1. In the Add Schedule screen, Select Weekly from the Schedule Pattern section.

2. Weekly

   • Enter the interval of weeks and select the day of the week for the schedule pattern from this section. For example, Enter Once every 2 week(s) on Sunday to schedule the reports on every Sunday of the week.

3. Schedule Frequency

1. • Select a Start Date using the Calendar icon .

   • No end date - Select this option if the schedule is planned for indefinitely. However you may modify the frequency later.

   • End after - Select this option if the schedule is planned for definite number of occurrences only. Enter the number of occurrences for the schedule.

   • End Date - Select this option to define an end date for the schedule. Click the Calendar icon to select the date.

4. Schedule Time

5. Occurs At - Select this option to define the time to generate the schedule.

6. Click Next to select reports for batch schedule.
