The information exchange between the host application consuming Intelliview NXT web services and the Intelliview NXT carried out through an application level session for authentication and security. The web service API request invoked from the host application with the required parameters results in a response message in XML format. The response message contains the details about whether the API call was successful or not and the details. The successful response message contains the response information for further processing and in error situation, the response message contains the error information. The licensing validations implemented in Intelliview NXT portal will be applicable in Intelliview NXT web services API invocation also.
