Monthly Schedule

The Monthly schedule pattern schedules the batch monthly on the defined time.

To schedule the batch monthly:

1. In the Add Schedule screen, select Monthly from the Schedule Pattern section.

2. Monthly

   • Select the day of the month and the interval of months for the schedule from this section. For example, select Day 01 of every 01 month(s) to schedule the report, i.e., first day of every month (or) select The First Sunday of Every 01 month.

3. Schedule Frequency

1. • Select a Start Date using the Calendar icon .

   • No end date - Select this option if the schedule is planned for indefinitely. However you may modify the frequency later.

   • End after - Select this option if the schedule is planned for definite number of occurrences only. Enter the number of occurrences for the schedule.

   • End Date - Select this option to define an end date for the schedule. Click the Calendar icon to select the date.

4. Schedule Time

5. Occurs At - Select this option to define the time to generate the schedule.

6. Click Next to select reports for batch schedule.
