Intelliview NXT is an intuitive business reporting, analysis and dashboards solution. It is designed to deliver "personalized business insights" to information consumers.
Intelliview NXT Designer allows report designers to connect to any structured data source, build report formats and publish them to a server. Report designers can connect to all popular databases such as MS SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, IBM DB2 etc. using industry standard connectors/drivers (ODBC, OLEDB, ODAC, etc.).
Intelliview NXT supports Users with different privileges namely: Superadmin, Admin, Author and Viewer. This manual describes tasks pertaining to the Superadmin User. This manual follows the normal sequence of tasks that will be performed typically by the Superadmin User. The following conventions are followed throughout the document:
All pages / screens typically follow the same format. The left window lists the menu options and the Tabs list the sub menu options.
All data elements which are mandatory (to be entered) are marked with an asterisk (*) mark.
The Add and Modify pages are similar in several aspects. In such cases, the Add page is explained in detail, and the user can refer to the Add page while going through the ‘Modify’ page. However, actions which are specific to ‘Modify’ are described under ‘Modify Page’.
This Symbol is used where the Superadmin user needs caution / resolve conflicts.
The Superadmin is the Administrator of the Intelliview NXT system covering activities such as create / modify Company, create one or more admin users for a company, update license, migrate metadata from one installation to another and migrate from an older version of Intelliview NXT to the current version.
